Three Stories Women Need to Master to be Great at Anything
What is the gap between where you are and where you desire to be?

Success is layered and almost always being successful is buried under the stories we tell ourselves, cultural programming and oppressive narratives – all of which show up in our lives, careers and businesses.
However, it's an opportunity that women have not always been encouraged to pursue. In this article, we'll explore why women need to build their thought leadership platforms and how they can go about doing so.
This is why two people with similar goals can study the same materials and have access to the same resources for growth and expansion, but one will excel and the other stalls out.
It’s not a matter of intelligence, resources, or opportunity – it’s the result of what you #believe.
In my work as an executive coach, it has always come back to these three stories.
Brand Story: You have a personal brand whether you have a business or not. How do you mark your make on the world and how does the world experience you – authentically. Are your #values aligned with your daily actions?
When you haven't mastered your brand story, you won't put yourself out there.
Love Story: How do you show up for yourself? Do you keep promises to yourself? Dare, I ask, do you love yourself? Negative self-talk, reframing oppressive narratives, self-esteem, healing and keeping promises to yourself when you’re used to being last on your list -- you are your greatest love of all.
When you haven't mastered your love story, you'll accept people criticisms and opinions as your guidebook.
Money Story: Your relationship with money manifests in all the other stories. Growing up listening to innocuous quips such as “Robbing Peter to Pay Paul,” and/or living paycheck to paycheck subconsciously affects how you use and invest money.
When you haven't mastered your money story, you won't ask for the promotion, negotiate your salary and/or raising your prices.
