We are officially in the age of The Jetsons.

We are in a time where computers and robots are companions rather than just a tool for our utility.

Enter artificial intelligence. AI for short.

ChatGPT is arguably the biggest, baddest companions of them all.

ChatGPT is a combination of artificial intelligence and a chatbot. It is an advanced language model developed that generates human-like responses to text-based prompts, enabling natural and interactive conversations with users.

It has been trained with data from various sources, but it doesn't have emotion or human consciousness (at least not yet).

And while ChatGPT can’t officially think for you, with the right information fed into it and the right ask, it can come pretty close to something you’d actually say and/or do.

As a nonprofit consultant who teaches organizations how to benefit from ChatGPT and other AI tools, watching the marriage of nonprofit tasks and artificial intelligence has been exciting. There is never enough time nor hands on deck in a nonprofit organization, but ChatGPT and other AI tools can revolutionize the way nonprofits operate.

Though I’ve seen a lot of what ChatGPT can do first hand, I thought I’d like it tell you how a nonprofit can benefit from it.
